  • Epic certification or credential in one or more modules
  • Production build, implementation, optimization, or support experience
  • At least one go-live, upgrade, training rollout, or major workstream
  • Clear work model preferences: remote, hybrid, onsite, or travel windows
  • Open to contract, contract-to-hire, or longer consulting engagements

Not a fit yet

  • Healthcare IT experience but no Epic exposure
  • Classroom-only exposure without production or client work
  • Other EHR experience only, such as Cerner, MEDITECH, or Allscripts
  • Looking for initial Epic certification sponsorship

Do you offer W-2 or 1099?

Both are possible depending on the client, engagement, and consultant preference.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond within two business days after receiving your profile and module details.

Will you submit me without asking?

No. We confirm role fit, rate expectations, work model, and interest before submission.

Do you sponsor initial Epic certifications?

Not currently. The best fit is someone with existing Epic credentials or meaningful production experience.

What if I am not available right now?

That is fine. We track future availability and reach out when the timing and role fit.

Can I stay remote-only?

Yes, tell us your preference. We staff remote, hybrid, and onsite roles and will filter accordingly.
